FAQ

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can reach the surfaces and an outdoor spigot, you can be at work, at brunch, anywhere. We text you before-and-after photos when we're done.

Is it safe for my siding, stucco, and plants?

Yes. Houses get a low-pressure soft wash — the cleaning solution does the work, not blast force, so paint, stucco, and mortar stay intact. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping around work areas.

What about the drought restrictions?

Under Denver Water's 2026 Stage 1 rules, DIY power washing is limited to your two assigned watering days, while commercial washing businesses may operate any day — provided they dry-clean first, use high-efficiency equipment, and prevent waste. We do all three. That's why we can book you for Saturday even if your watering day is Wednesday.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. The number we text you is the number on the invoice — and services aren't subject to sales tax in Colorado, so nothing gets added at payment. Published tiers cover typical Denver homes; unusually large or heavily soiled jobs get quoted above the starting tier — but always before you book, never after.

How fast can you come out?

Quotes usually within the hour during business hours; most jobs scheduled within a few days. Because we're neighborhood-based, we can often slot you into an existing route quickly.

How do I pay?

After the job, once you've seen the results. Card, cash, or digital payment — whatever's easiest.
